Our studios are home to a variety of classes and movement styles where we are confident there is something for everyone.

We welcome real people with real bodies to our classes. Whether you are looking for a class to loosen off stiff joints, ease aches and pains, build strength and stamina, improve mental health or simply get moving – you are very welcome here.

Our classes are booked in blocks, which guarantees you your space. This allows us to keep class numbers small and gives our teachers a chance to get to know you, and you to know them.

We’re also realistic and know that life gets in the way sometimes and you can’t make it along to your regular class – this is where our unique swaps system comes in. If you can’t make our usual class one week, just let us know, and you’ll be welcome to pop into another class in the week, space allowing.

Our Pilates classes are ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury & surgery, or achey stiff joints in general.

Our main focus in these classes is rebalancing your body, putting it back into alignment and connecting the mind & body through small, gentle, controlled movements.

All of our classes have limited spaces, to ensure our teachers can get round to each person and give the attention they deserve.

Our Yoga classes are ideal for building strength and stamina at your own pace.
We have a variety of Yoga classes available in our studio, including Gentle Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin & Wellbeing Yoga.

Beginners are welcome in any of these classes and will be guided at their own level by our team of experienced teachers.

Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are ideal way to continue moving during pregnancy.

We welcome mums-to-be at all stages of pregnancy into our class, where you will gentle mobilise stiff joints, realign your body, cover pelvic floor strength and general gentle Pilates exercises too.

Those with no experience of Pilates are very welcome to attend – it’s also a great time to meet other mums-to-be and have a good chat!

This class is limited to 8 spaces, to ensure each mum gets the attention they deserve. You will be taught by one of our lovely instructors who have completed the WELL MAMA training programme for pre/post natal ladies.

Our Post-Natal Pilates classes are aimed at new mums who’d like to come to a class, but don’t have the childcare to allow them to.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome in this relaxed class, that allows you space and time to feed/change baby and dip in & out of exercises at your own pace.

No experience in Pilates is needed and in fact, this class is ideal for beginners looking to rediscover that mind-body connection with their deeper core muscles and re-connect with their bodies.

Our Family Yoga classes will be ran as monthly workshops, more information coming soon!
