Classes

Our studios are home to a variety of classes and movement styles where we are confident there is something for everyone.

We welcome real people with real bodies to our classes. Whether you are looking for a class to loosen off stiff joints, ease aches and pains, build strength and stamina, improve mental health or simply get moving – you are very welcome here.

Our classes are booked in blocks, which guarantees you your space. This allows us to keep class numbers small and gives our teachers a chance to get to know you, and you to know them.

We’re also realistic and know that life gets in the way sometimes and you can’t make it along to your regular class – this is where our unique swaps system comes in. If you can’t make our usual class one week, just let us know, and you’ll be welcome to pop into another class in the week, space allowing.

Pilates classes are available in both our Bonnyrigg & Leith studios.

Our Nurture Yoga is a small class specifically for 12-16 year olds dealing with stress and/or anxiety.

Being a teenager in today’s society is one of the most stressful things that our teenagers have to try and somehow navigate their way through. From peer pressure to exams and hormones, it’s no wonder they get stressed!

Yoga is so beneficial at this vital age of development and combats all of these tension areas through a holistic practice focussing on the mind, the body and the breath.
